I have been hearing alot just lately regarding a new system that people are talking about so thought it was time to check it out.

I was interested in finding what all the buzz was about with Rob’s weight loss methods, seeing as i was hearing so much about his methods.

So, I went ahead and purchased it,now I’ll honest — after hearing about his system, I had the minset that it would be just another one of those regurgitated garbage books you always find.

Well i was quite suprised really, apart from the silly title of the book, It turned out to be an interesting read.

First off the Fat Burning Furnace book doesn’t require that you take up a restricting eating plan, but more so it pushes you to take up a healthy way of eating, along with this it advocates that you take up a weight training program.

Now if you haven’t got clue about how to start a weight training program, there is no need to panic, as you will find all the info you need with this book.

It goes about showing you how to do workouts at a high intensity to help you lose weight.

And,For the novices who think how am i going to do this, put your mind at rest as you only need to workout for 15 – 25 minutes with this routine.

Well lets start with the dieting section not quite as good as it could be, but it’s plausable. Lets just say could do better.
One ball of contention you could have, is they advocat that you replace a meal with powders and health bars stating these can be a good substitute for daily meals or snacks — I don’t agree with that, when doing intense training then i do not agree with this train of thought.

Quite a few of the exercises require weights. So if your not a member of a gym, then your going to need to purchase your own. Like i said earlier, there are body exercises that need no equipment included in the course, but not as many as i would like to see.

So to sumerise the Fat Burning Furnace Book — the verdict

If you’re expecting miracles and that secret formula, then your wasting your time looking this is about hard work.

Weight loss is not an overnight thing and takes time, and the course is there to provide motivation and provides some helpful advice to help you on your way.

If you are a novice and thinking of joining a gym, but not wanting to make a fool of your self using the equipment for the first time, then this will really help you by showing you how things are used.

Already go to the gym , then this course will show you how to up it to a more intense workout, burning that fat and increasing your weight loss.

If for no other reason if you buy this course it’s going to encourage you to stop being a couch potato and motivate you to at least take some excersise. Which can only be good for your overall health!
